Manufacturing Engineering Opportunities -Nelson Search is currently seeking candidates to fill Contract and Direct Hire Engineering positions for our valued clients. Opportunities available in the East and North Bay Areas with Medical Device, Controls, RF and Injection Molding companies.
Qualifications:
•BS/MS in Electrical, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering and 2+ years of directly related experience in manufacturing
•Experienced with DFM, tooling and process control, preferably within an ISO regulated environment
•Knowledge of product development cycle or new product introduction (NPI) helpful
•Ability to indentify root cause and drive solutions to achieve desired manufacturing goals
•Excellent problem solving skills at the technical level
•Proactive, self motivated, collaborative and goal oriented
•Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
•Possess the ability to multi-task in a highly collaborative environment
•Position may require light travel
