Experienced working through first piece samples, mold qualifications (gate freeze, etc).
Follows scientific molding methodologies and looks for new developments in the field.
Some customer interaction.
Solid process Setup Sheet knowledge (operator method sheets also).
NPI and Continuous Improvement Committee.
Polymers experience and RJG or decoupling a must
PLC systems a plus
FDA or 13485 a plus
High volume small parts - R&D and Mfg.
Referrals welcome - and bonus to boot!
